Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Mark was very personable and professional. Did an excellent job getting us back up and running very quickly. Would definitely recommend Mark and the Optimal team. From the first call to the finished repair, was very pleased.

I needed to get my dining room chandelier re-centered over my dining table, and while making an apt over the phone, they mentioned there was a $90/hr service fee, along with a $5 gas fee. I accepted and made the apt. The representative came by, and after 5 minutes of looking at my dining room, he informed me that it's not an easy job (as it had seemed), and they would have to replace the wire, thus the need for putting some holes in the sheetrock. I didn't know the job needed all that, considering I just wanted to move my fixture 5 inches over. So I decided not to do it... However, they wanted to charge me the $90 service fee regardless - even though NO LABOR was done and he only spent 10 minutes with me. I was very disappointed, and requested to have this addressed to the manager. After he talked to the manager, they agreed to have me pay half. Although very angry and feeling ripped off, I agreed to pay half. When I look at my receipt, they marked that time & labor started at 12pm -- when he didn't even arrive to my house until 12:40pm! Seriously!?!
Now I know my money is going to their nice shirts they wear and nice trucks they drive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Graham was fast and professional. Fixed my leaky bathtub faucet and had the parts with him so it only took one visit.

We experienced water heater problem today, and since our water heater is only 2 years old.... we suspected it's something minor.... we called another place before we called the Plumbers of Carolina and they did not get back to us, so we decided to give Plumber of Carolina a try, and so glad we did... even though is after hour already, they were very responsive and they able to help us get the water heater working again....

I received quotes from 3 different plumbers for a broken hot water knob. The first plumber quoted me a crazy price and unnecessary work. The second plumber took 2 days to come by and 2 more days to call me back with a pretty high quote. KW Boykin came out the day after I called them and fixed my problem right away. They were very friendly and showed me exactly what was broken. They already had the necessary equipment to fix it and gave me an awesome price. So greatful to them for being honest and fair! It's really hard to come by these days. I will definitely be using them from now on!
