This is who I call every time the lot gets clogged up. They are good about following up on a regular basis if I ever forget to get a hold of them. It’s great to have such a great company to work with.

Abe showed up and was very thorough in his explanation of his services and was extremely professional. Following our initial conversation he explained exactly what he was going to do and what equipment he was going to use... Then proceeded to unclog our drain. As it turned out, the plug was 40+feet downline! Abe cleared it with ease, explained how to prevent this from happening in the future, and cleaned everything up and left with a smile.I recommend Roto Rooter and will use their services again should the need arise for any of my properties.Cheers,--DB

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Had a clogged sink drain, now I don't! Tyler Males came by and in under and hour had my kitchen sink working like new again. Even offered advice on some simple quick fixes I could do myself to keep costs down. Excellent service.

I needed assistance with the offload of a large amount of material very early in morning for a project and was in a bind. Josh came to the rescue and had staff and equipment ready in a hurry. Nicholas was assigned to help me and was ready to go at 4am, just as I needed. He worked tirelessly to make sure things went smoothly, despite a number of unforeseen circumstances. We had the material moved to its appropriate location just in time for things to get busy. I really appreciate Josh and Nicholas for their hard work!
