Plumbing issues are always inconvenient. However, Clark County Plumbing made the inconvenience a pleasurable solution. Their work on our hot water heater was fast, thorough and professional. I am pleased to put my highest recommendation on their product and service.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

We needed an emergency water-heater replacement, and after reading the positive reviews for Pacific Crest Plumbing, called Nick and scheduled a same-day appointment. He and his assistant were able to replace our broken water-heater that afternoon, with no up-selling, fuss or trouble. His price was fair, their work was very professional and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. After a very bad experience with a big name local plumber, it was so refreshing to meet a craftsman who cared about the quality of his workmanship. We will most certainly call Nick again.

Very prompt and honest. When issues arose they walked me through my options and made sure I understood. They got the job done in the time frame dispute coming across issues. They also fixed additional issues without being asked or charged (my bathroom sink was broken and now it works!) I cannot recommend them enough. I will be rehiring for all future work! So disappointed... they DO NOT do the work, they contract out.
Kevin from repipe specialists came to give us a bid, nice guy but like a used cars salesman. He will tell you what you want but isn’t always the truth. He acted as if they do the work and they don’t because they contract out even though he kept saying “my team”. He will tell you a time frame and it’s WAY OFF. When contacting Kevin regarding the time frame, he lies and says he contacted the company they contracted out (Simpsons Plumbing) to try and help. He stated that they put us next on the list when that’s not even true. He never even contacted the company because I called Simpsons plumbing. Repipe specialists commercials say no down payment, I had to put 10% down.
SO DISAPPOINTED! Cut out the middle man!

James was very friendly. My pets loved him. Solved the problem, but said it could happen again. Then the toilet should be replaced. Which is a 1997 vintage.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
