Thank you Nick and Cody (and Anna) for working us in to your schedule on short notice and getting our water back on. 2 days without water over a weekend is no fun at all. I don't understand the hype about this store.

I've been here 3 times looking for either showerheads or bathroom faucets or kitchen faucets.
- their selection, on first appearance seems decent. However it's actually not any better or worse than a big box store.
- what selection there is, is towards the higher end (I genuinely saw a $3,000 kitchen faucet, but only a handful under $200).
- website is appalling.
- in my 3 recent visits I've never once had a staff member ask me if I've found what I'm looking for.......or basically even talk to me.
