I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. My wife and I are seniors and noticed a couple of wet spots that were soaking through our carpet. Pulled back the edges and realized that we obviously had a water leak from below. Had this company come out to evaluate and give us an estimate. The guy they sent out crawled under the crawl space (we had to loan him a flashlight since he didn't have one) and gave us the horrible news that everything under the house need to be replaced and that it would be between $8,000 and $9,000. We were smart enough to have another company come out, who located the leak and repaired within 2 hours for a total charge of $255.00. I am not sure if Clark County Plumbing sent an inept estimator, or if it is their common practice trying to take advantage of people our age who they know are not going to crawl under the house to check. I hate to even give them 1 star. They don't deserve it

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

I recently had Central Air Inc. rework some duct work and the gas line in a basement of a house I own so I could finish off the space. It is a challenge like so many places around has low ceilings and the existing duct work was haphazardly run through the space making it difficult to finish and make the space nice.I couldn't be more pleased with the out come working with Central Air from Chris the salesman who was very helpful providing his input and expertise, to Dennis and Austin the Installers who went out of their way to creatively figure out how to get from point to point with the least amount of impact on the space I wanted to finish.Chris gave me an estimate but suggested they work on an hourly basis to get the best results for both parties which I agreed to. The guys worked fast and efficiently, got to the house early, stayed way late to get the job done instead of making another trip. Their workmanship was top shelf and they left the place neat and clean.The office staff also was courteous, friendly and professional. I received calls letting me know when the guys would be there, and if there was any delay.I was also pleased when I got the bill for I felt they were fair, honest and reasonable for all the work they did for me.In the future I know who to call.David WebsterDavid Webster Construction Inc.

Coordinated directly with JC, Scott, and Efrain...and sincerely, this is a class-act business built on trust and transparency. Our home was built in the mid-1990s, and the effort that Efrain completed, side-by-side with some of what we presume to be original fixture installation...it's night and day. Efrain is top-notch, professional-grade. It's that good.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future. I would strongly recommend Einstein, especially Kenney, to anyone looking for dedicated customer service, fair pricing, and professional expert advice. Thanks Kenney!
