Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

Highly efficient, competitively priced, hard working owner operator outfit. Our job was an entire new plumbing system for a smaller commercial building. New pipes, sewage lines, water line. Danielle is a fellow small business over and always goes the extra step with her work. We've had her increase the hot water flow on an old faucet and unclogged our sink from the 1920s. Danielle is super friendly, well organized, and her rates won't make you go bankrupt like other commercial plumbers. She's also great with dogs 🐶

It was an emergency and Patrick did a great job! He was prompt, efficient, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about our situation. We highly reccomend CRPD. We will call them again when we have a need.

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
