Best Slab Leak Repair in Portland OR

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Where do I start?! A live person answers the phone! Frequently service is offered next day or within the week. From the beginning the customer‘s needs are placed first. We have had Crown help us with several projects and I will never call anyone else. Skylar replaced our kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, kind, and obviously cares. He was able to answer all our questions, provided great service and did his best to keep costs down for this and another upcoming project. Unfortunately we had a bad back up in our drain on a Sunday and we needed help. I called a few places but Apollo answered right away and had someone at our place within 2 hours. They sent out Cameron Cooper who was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fairly quickly he had the drain cleared. He even found out the blockage was on the city's side of the line and then showed me how to submit the paperwork so we could be compensated. They did seem to be a bit more expensive than the other places but I feel they may be worth it. Highly recommend Cameron Cooper and Apollo!

Super fast arrival on short notice, professional

With an entire house of 50 year old galvanized pipe, we were badly in need of some professional help. We liked the sincerity of the after job testaments so we chose Repipe Specialists to interview first.
I was impressed with the professionalism from the beginning. My reply from my appointment request included a photograph of Jon Holman, the Sales expert that would be paying us a visit. He arrived on time and his visit was very informative and helpful. After fully explaining our various options he put a cost estimate to the option we chose. We were expecting much worse considering the age and size of the job.
The installation crew arrived on time and had a very professional approach to the job. They sized their crew to fit the job and only have our water disrupted for one day. They even improvised flushing options for our toilets to get us through the day. I particularly appreciated the quality of the crew. They were all professional Plumbers and they all were extremely polite, considerate and fun to spend the day with.
When they were satisfied with their job and were assured that we were satisfied, they cleaned up any trace of their work before they left. We have received two follow up calls from the installation crew and Jon to make sure we had no problems.
Personally, I don't know how any facet of this job, beginning to end, could have been handled any better, both for the end result of my new water system and my total satisfaction with the entire job.

Hessa, was pleasant and thorough when scheduling the appointment. Dylan was able to find the leak quickly, he was informative and helpful when explaining where the leak was located. They provided the precise location of the leak and provided pictures so when the Plumber comes in he is able to repair the leak quickly and efficiently. I recommend Leak Locators when its not clearly apparent where the leak is coming from, they saved us time and money.

Tony was great! Like Sherlock , he used both tools and deduction to identify the problem and suggested ways to resolve and prevent recurrence. On time , the rarest of qualities!

The tech who completed the repair was excellent.However, this company charged us almost $900 to replace a $50 part. Considering same-day service, distance traveled, and cost of labor that is still an EGREGIOUS overcharge. I honestly can't understand how they would ever get repeat business. We will not be hiring them again.
