Zak was honest and direct. He explained what would/could be done and we were able to get our outdoor spigot fixed. I'll definitely be getting in touch again if and when I have the need to. My family had a huge plumbing issue in our kitchen over the holiday and Eric Buckner came out and not only fixed what previous people sent out couldn't fix but also fixed our bathroom which has had clogging issues for a while. He was very friendly, professional and extremely efficient in a timely manner. We appreciated his work and services! We would definitely recommend him!

A gentlemen came out yesterday gave us a quote to have our house re-piped. The price was very reasonable for the size of our house. I will have new pipes in a week or so. They say it’s only gonna take one day I’m even more excited about that

They came out to determine whether we had a break in a sprinkler line. Turned out the issue was with our neighbor's water main. Since they were able to quickly determine this and no work was required the visit was at no charge.

Do not use this company. They charged me almost $400 to look under my house. Then quoted me $3000 for a possible repair and then they demanded half to even make the appointment. The $400 they charged to look under my house wouldn't even go towards the repair! The repair ended up just being a poor toilet seal and was handled in an hour by streamline plumbing for $125. You can find plumbers that do free consults and I wish I hadn't panicked with a repair and let the first people I called come into my home. Lesson learned. In this economy it's honestly downright unethical the amount of money this company got off of me to simply look under my house. I hope the poor technician finds a decent and honest company to work for. He was a good guy with an unethical company behind him.
