We reached out to CCP&D for a second opinion after a different plumber came to the house to check our leaky faucet and recommended replacing it with something fancy, which would have cost $1100! Mike and his colleague from CCP&D recommended replacing part of the faucet, ran to their warehouse for the part and fixed the issue, all of which was done in less than an hour and for less than $250! Talk about no BS and reasonable all around!! We’ll gladly be calling CCP&D back for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Owner contacted me about an issue with billing that wasn't disclosed to me prior to work being done. The issue related to an office worker who had made a mistake before the had left the company. A fair price for good work from nice guys. Terry Taylor and his apprentice came to take a look at a problem with my dishwasher. They diagnosed a simple but serious error elsewhere in the kitchen plumbing system and presented me with two options for repair. They had the parts on hand to do the job right away. The bill came out to about $320, which to me sounded fair for a home visit, diagnosis, labor hours, parts, and the knowledge/experience to know how to take care of it. I appreciated that they were considerate of my home - they donned shoe covers before entering, cleaned up their work area, and practiced COVID-19 safety precautions. Plus, Terry was super friendly and brough a good sense of humor to his work. Would hire again.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Julio and his crew completed a full re-plumb of our house including water supply from street to house (trenchless). They were friendly and responsive throughout the week they were here.

I kind of stumbled upon Axiom while looking for contractors to fix a sinkhole in my front yard.
