Overall a great experience. I was hesitant to call any plumbing company in fear of a high bill or unneeded recommendations. Olivia (camera specialist) and Corey (drain tech) came out to help clear a clog blocking up both the bathrooms at our house for a few days. I must have mostly cleared it before they arrived so they didn't charge the clog removal fee despite spending quite a bit of time checking out my issues.They were transparent about the entire process, pricing and what they found step by step. Corey pointed out some concerning spots to keep an eye on in the crawl space (rusty/calcium buildup on exterior of one pipe.) Olivia provided a full camera scope of our main sewer inside and outside of the house along with pointing out the condition of the pipes and a rough spot where the pipe walls are beginning to rust out.I asked for a quote to consider replacement before issues arise, but felt no pressure to address anything right now. Definitely felt like they did a thorough job that wasn't rushed.Seems like these folks are in it for the long haul, not a quick dollar as many in the business are. I'll be calling 3 Mountains next time I have a plumbing need or clog.

I would recommend Greg any day, he is honest and treats customers right. He solved a tricky re-pipe plumbing job that other plumbers couldn't figure out. We are very happy with his work.

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

Everything from my first call to the office speaking with Christina to Joseph arriving at my door was professional and friendly. I had a clogged shower drain that I attempted to fix myself, which resulted in any time I used the bathroom sink, water would fill in the tub. Super. Christina found me the soonest appointment to get someone out (I called late Mon, appointment on Wed). They texted me the night before to confirm my appt. Joseph, the delightful plumber, aka magical person who saved me, texted when he was on his way. He wore a mask and booties inside my house. He was super friendly, courteous in my home, knowledgeable, and efficient. I explained how my pipes are original and some are in bad shape so he took the extra time to look under the house to see what would be the best plan of attack given the location of the clog. We talked about potential problems (and price) before he began so I knew all details up front. Joseph was super careful and took his time (again, old pipes), I didn’t feel like he was rushing to get to the next customer. I greatly appreciate the care Joseph took in my home and making sure my problem was fixed. I have found a plumbing company for life. Thank you!
