Amazing Service, Even Better Customer Service.

This company is a joke. Andrew came to my place more than five weeks to give me specs and a quote for air conditioning. He stated that he would email things over so I waited...and waited. After about 5 days I heard nothing so I emailed him to follow up. I got zero response. About 2 weeks after he came I called Central Air and they took a message and stated that I should call Andrew's cell phone too, so I did. He stated he would email the quote and information that afternoon. He didn't. i continued to make phone calls and send emails both to Andrew and Central Air and have gotten zero response. I gave up my time to have him come to my home only to ghost me. I suspect he lost or misplaced something he needed to give me the quote, because here I am more than 5 weeks later with zero response from him or Central Air. On my last call to Central Air I told them that I would have a lot more respect for their company if they would just be honest with me about not having the quote and info rather than ghost me. Even that garnered no response. Don't bother contacting this company unless you want to work with children.

This company is too busy to accept appointments for new customers.

My husband and I bought an older Portland home earlier this year, and we've had a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, including a potential repiping of the house. We called Nick and he came out, gave us an estimate, and was very honest about costs and what the work would entail. He did not try to sell us the most expensive solution, but rather gave us options and increments of work he could do to see if initial steps would fix the problem, to prevent us from having to pay thousands of dollars to repipe when it may not be necessary. Ultimately we went with the first step of fixing the problem, which was less expensive, and it also helped our problem quite a bit.

Since then we've had a few other issues, and he and his team have fixed them quickly and very efficiently. My husband and I are very happy with the service, including the very quick email and/or phone support. I would HIGHLY recommend Pacific Crest Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues! We already have a few more plumbing projects we plan to have them do for us in the future. :)

Erin was amazing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We discussed all of the options and came up with a plan together. It felt very collaborative. I have a lot more peace of mind now that she's been here.

I recently had the displeasure of needing to replace my furnace and A/C unit in my home that I purchased almost 20 years ago. The installer arrived on-time, was professional and respectful, and was clearly a very competent professional that knew exactly what to do and how to get it done right. The team at Caliber gave me confidence that the job would be completed as promised. The job was done quickly and the installer left my garage cleaner than when he arrived. Caliber exceeded my expectations and the new American Standard system is performing beyond what I thought it would.

I have had many plumbers out over the years but none as responsive efficient than Columbia River. Patrick came out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my pipe leak within 30 minutes. Patrick also helped me out with a re-pipe quote on the spot. Very knowledgeable and professional!!
