They were so amazing. They even fixed my fridge for free so we can finally use our ice maker! They were professional and completed the job quickly. I wasn’t hassled for payment until after the inspection was complete. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Ben gave an initial quote, walked me through the process of the work that would be done, and made sure I understood. The plumbers were also very professional and the quality of work was great. I’ll be calling again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Jeremy is the absolute best. Name the attributes of an ideal service provider and Jeremy has them all. Communicative? Yes, efficient and effective -he'll let you know repair options. Time management? I've never met anyone who works faster. Quality? He cannot be beat in quality. He knows his stuff. Honest. Friendly. As a housing provider for over a decade, I spend a lot of money on service providers. Jeremy is the only one who leaves me consistently with this comforting reaction to his skills and professionalism: He's worth it.

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

Some days things just don't go right. I had a 9 to 11 am arrival window for a water leak so at 10:30 I called to check. Oops, someone didn't get my appointment logged in. This has happened to me before with other company's so I'm thinking another week or two wait. But to my surprise they had Josh come over, look at the job, go to the parts store and return. Finished the job before 1 PM. Incredible customer service. Thank you!

I stand by my one star posting. A nasty reply rationalizing unprofessional behavior does not make my original posting any less true. Beaverton Plumbing would not stand by their work and used the weather to reject my claim for a faulty part that was originally installed.

Doug was able to squeeze me in to fix and unexpected faucet leak for the two washer faucets. He was very professional and friendly and did a wonderful job. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Edit: I've revised my review up after having some better communication with them after a bit of a rocky start. I'll revisit this once my project is done.

Kirk and his staff did a really good job. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their patience. I would definitely recommend them.

So...who conducts business when they receive a complaint from a customer only through text messages? A horrible business owner that's who! Harassing potential customers through mutiple text instead of calling to settle a dispute is highly unprofessional. Portland Plumbling Plus has a horrible owner who cannot even pick up a phone to settle a dispute.
