We have been looking for a plumber for a small residential job. Having contractors show up and show up timely is so rare. Luis was prompt, considerate, informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Where American Plumbing got my business and made me feel like opening my check book was the fact that they were willing to work with a DIY homeowner. But...not only that, they would assist in answering some questions and setting me up for success in my DIY adventure.

American Plumbing went the extra mile and helped me to have the confidence in knowing where to dig, saved me time and money by helping assess the system and even provided some tools and service along the way, (like dumping all my concrete) at no extra charge.

I used American Leak Detection twice recently, both times the work was performed by John Lyon.

The first job was finding the leak in my upstairs shower that was coming thru the kitchen ceiling. John used many different techniques to carefully check and find the leak.

The second job was finding the leak in my main water service line to the house. Again John used excellent techniques to find this leak.

In both of these cases, John communicated with me explaining what he was doing, and what he found. I would absolutely recommend American Leak Detection to find these hard to find leaks.

Lovett responded to a major clogged pipe at our business location, in a line going out to the sewer. This was an urgent situation, as water was starting to back up into our bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, and their tech did an amazing job resolving the problem with a piece of concrete in the line going out to the sewer, 50 feet from our building. The previous plumbing company said the only option was to dig up our parking lot, cut the line and remove the blockage. Lovett's technician, Lonny Maxwell, showed amazing skill and used a scope and a water jet to resolve the problem. They saved us thousands of dollars and resolved the problem that afternoon. Total responsiveness and professionalism. I could not provide a higher recommendation to Lovett Services.
