Our technician Steve J. Did a swift and thorough job repairing the kitchen faucet. He took his time answering any questions we had and provided full detail what he did for future issues.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He squeezed my appt in within a day to install washing machine that Home Depot wouldn't touch. I'll be using him to upgrade kitchen sink this summer.

The service was prompt and excellent, and there were no attempts to upsell anything. Cornel explained everything very well and was a pleasure to work with.

I called these guys on the weekend for a clogged toilet at a rental unit, and dispatch took down my details for a tech right away. Jason was in the area and called me back in about 5 minutes! We talked some troubleshooting and he gave me an amazing deal for if I were to call back; which I did need to after all, we weren’t able to fix it ourselves. Jason came out in about 15 minutes after I called back and was done about 30-45 min later. Awesome service, very quick and professional and gave me an amazing deal. Friendly and courteous and quickly fixed the toilet. Would definitely recommend them!

It was about 4:30 pm when the carpenter putting up sheetrock drilled into a 1/2 copper pipe. He tried to fix it , but the location made it really impossible without the right knowledge and tools. Jamie showed up at the appointed time around 7:30 pm and fixed the pipes in a really challenging situation. Very smart and quality work to give us water back for the evening. Could not have been better!

Had to shut our water off because of leaking. They showed up and quickly found the issue. Could of charged us lots but was honest about our simple issues, solved them and was on their way. Will call them again if we have other issues .

Called these guys at 9:40am on a Sunday for an active leak at one our properties. Phone rep gave an appointment time of 1:30-3:30pm. At 3:45pm I get a call from the tenant saying no one has reached out. Upon calling they let me know that they will not be able to get to it today, but also will not be able to get to it on Monday.

I was given no update via email, nor voice message. For something as pressing as an active leak this is highly unprofessional. The full time employee who works this phone line said they do not event know what Premiere Portland Plumbers is as a company. Leading me to believe that this is just a SEO for Mr. Rooter. Very poor experience and a massive waste of time.
