I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. Your first call for all plumbing services needs to be Nichols Plumbing.

Pros: Electrician was pleasant and competent. Fast scheduling.
Cons: Expensive, be sure and attend the job.

A somewhat mixed review. The electrician was late (I get it, things happen, and company notified me early in the a.m.), unfortunately this meant I was unable to stay for the electrician's later arrival and rescheduling for another day was problematic. I signed off on the original estimate to install a 220 outlet for a range, and was good with that, nothing else discussed. While the electrician was on site, the electrician made arrangements with my spouse to install the pigtail, which had I known was going to be an extra $250 upsell, I would not have agreed to. That's a lot of money for attaching 4 wires to a stove, not requiring an electrician, without contact to me. Stove is in, though, and works fine.

These guys have apparently not heard about the global supply chain shortage. They had everything I have been looking for 4 days. Wish I had started here first.

I've used Derek and Garden Home Plumbing probably 8 times across 3 homes and have been very happy every time. Derek does great work and his pricing is very competitive.

Waiting for test results

To enable my land division project, Axiom re-routed and installed two sanitary lines, replaced a water line and installed new storm water lines and drains. They managed all the permits and inspections with three City bureaus and dealt with all the usual unforeseen issues that crop up.
