Carl Rice and his team are the best in the business. I was out of the country on vacation when our house sitter called with a water emergency. Apparently, our water heater decided to go out on us and begin leaking just as we arrived in Mexico. I called Detemple mid afternoon. I expected the best case scenario to be a visit by their technician on the next business day. I was wrong. They showed up that very afternoon and took care of our leak. Tremendous service. Very professional. I can't recommend them enough.

Dang these guys are awesome, hands down without any question, the best in the business!!! The project manager Ken and the service tech Andrew really came through in a time of need. I switched to Lovett on my multi-family properties about a year ago and they always come through, 100% of the time. Keep up the great work Ken and Andrew and the rest of Lovett’s staff 👏👏👏 I had to come back and add that their drain service tech Zack just got done and got all the pipes flowing again. There is nothing these guys can’t do related to plumbing and drainage issues. I am not a paid reviewer but a happy customer, thanks again Lovett
