I called Sutherland Plumbing in a panic with a leak in our main water line. Ty came right out and let us know what it would take to fix it and was able to get the job done quickly! Ty and John were helpful, professional and incredibly good at what they do. I would recommend Sutherland to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. We had a dripping bath tub faucet we tried to repair on our own, but just couldn't get right. Aside from that, our water pressure was INSANELY high (120) and when we went to adjust it, noticed the reducer was rusted and broken- yikes! As new home owners, we were really at a loss of what to do.

I called quite a few companies in the area and most required a $100 fee just to come take a look and give an estimate. Aside from that, most reviews were not great AND my husband and I both work and NO major company was willing to come on a weekend for us. I would've had to take time off work to get an estimate.

I finally found Diligent Plumbing. Vitaliy was willing to come out to our place on a weekend, within just a few days and give a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and friendly. Gave us an estimate very quickly AND explained what was going on/what needed to happen in terms easy for us to understand. He had his nephew with him, who was the sweetest young guy and helped along in the process. He even caught something that wasn't up to code in our house and explained to us why we needed to fix it. Super impressive!

We asked Vitaliy numerous questions and he answered all of them very detailed. We ended up scheduling the work very quickly after that. On the day of the work, he was again, quick, informative and super friendly. The work was done quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The bill was reasonable and it's been months since the work was done with 0 issues. Very happy customer! I recommend him to everyone now.

Pex Plumbing in PDX did an excellent job replumbing our house. The team Jason, Jeff, Enrique, Gavin and Greg are a professional, efficient, and friendly team of Pex plumbers. They were prepared and were able to repipe the entire house in one day! I highly recommend Pex Plumbing in Portland, Or.

Dante came out to fix what I thought was a clogged toilet. He then gave me bad news that it was likely my sewage pump that had gone bad, which meant not using any of our plumbing downstairs. Even worse news…I have 7 people coming to stay with us over the long holiday weekend and they’re all staying downstairs! Dante said he would do his best to call around and find another pump. He came back with good news and bad news. Bad news is no pump until the following week. Good news is he was able to fix the pump, which failed due a simple electrical issue. To top off my joy, Dante said they weren’t going to charge me anything!

Contacted them through their website, got an immediate response, heater service completed same day. Impressed that Green Box uses Union electricians, plumbers and HVAC technicians. Our tech Nic was on time, professional, efficient, explained everything and even showed me what he was doing. He was also super nice and I was comfortable having him in the house. I absolutely will use Green Box again in the future!
