These guys saved us a ton of money!!! We had another company install a tankless heater abs the results were awful. No pressure or hot water. After spending near 10k with the other company they couldn’t resolve the issue and recommended spending another 5k to replace some random sensors. Gabe at 3 mountains figured things out and fixed it within 4 hours. Working perfectly and spent a fraction of what other company recommended.

Called this morning with a leaky water heater. The lady I talked to was very nice and took all my information. An appointment was made for today. Ryan was the service man. Very happy with the taking out of water heater and replacing it with a new one. I was given choices of heaters. Ryan explained each one and no pressure. Also Michael, the apprentice was nice and both men were very professional. I’m so happy I called Central Air.

I called them for help with my friends AC unit, they said they were extremely busy with this famous heatwave coming up and got my friend connected to their operator. That day, someone was able to show up. They then explained that the broken central AC unit they were using still had years of life left over, and the tech turned it on and got it running.

You helped someone who had 5 kids in that house. You deserve this 5 star.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

The tech was very knowledgeable and personable. Great experience, everything works great and the price was in line with other estimates.
