Proline is great, I would highly recommend this company. The Technician Tyrone is awesome! He was on time, very professional and does great work! The industry definitely needs more people like him.

Lemme first start this off by saying my partner and I are first time homeowners.

The other day we had an emergency, when our neighbors came to our door and told us our front yard was flooding! We started to panic, we had now idea about this problem and this was a first for us!

We tried to figure out what was happening by ourself and our neighbor but were unable to find the cause. Finally, my partner caved and called around trying to find a plumber around the area that could come same evening. After a bunch of calls and let downs we finally got connected to home advisor and they said they would connect us to someone who could help.

Here comes Rob and his partner Ty to save the day, after a long day out in McMinnville, Rob had no problem answering the call, helping us try to figure out where the mainline to shut off our water was and helping us at stay calm all at the same time.

After about a 10min conversation with my partner, Rob was knocking on our door within an hour to help us figure out the problem.

He quickly told us everything that he believed to be the problem and that we would be without water for the night but that he and his crew would be there first thing to figure out the problem.

I left my house the next morning around 8:30ish to head to work and Ty had already come out to get the work started! I was super happy to see that they kept their word and came out first thing! I also never mentioned that this was also on a Sunday, which shows a lot cause who wants to work on Sunday!

Rob and Ty worked all day from 8:30am to 5pm. They dug up a hole in our yard, found the problem, and replaced everything that he could. He not only explained everything he did to with great detail, he did so in a way where I felt like I was learning something and felt more comfortable about any problem we may have in the future!

Words can’t describe how lucky we were to have found Rob and His crew to help us with a very scary problem, as most home owners know anything that happens can be scary when you don’t know what’s going on, and Rob made us feel very comfortable and helped ease anxiety we had with it all.

I’ve met very few people in my life who actually love what they do and love helping people, and after everything experienced with Rob I can tell he is without a doubt one of those people!

So thank you Rob and Ty for all your hard work, you made two young home owners very happy!

I had the plumber we have used for years out to our personal rental house to find a leak from the shower which eventually found it's way into a basement window well on an outside wall. Within 15 minutes it would fill up the window well and run over into the basement through the window.Agonizing! He had no idea how to trace the problem. I had Mr. Rooter send their sewer scope guy out and that produced nothing. This review is for Joel Boren a plumber with Mr. Rooter. I'm not sure whether he works out of the Vancouver store or Portland store. He came determined to find and repair the problem. I was certain it was going to require breaking up the concrete area outside the bathroom wall to find the source of the leak. NOPE! Joel found a peep hole through the outside wall of the bathroom, turned the shower on, and with his phone light saw a sliver of water running. He made a couple of measurements to pinpoint the problem, and with sawsall went to work on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. BINGO! His cut was perfectly in the middle of the broken drain line. Twenty minutes later the line was repaired, the hole was covered, and he was on his way. GOOD SHOW JOEL!!Bill Lamberth

Kesa provided excellent service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Back office communication and arrival times were a little shaky but Kesa saved the day!

After other plumbing outfits had to schedule us several days out, we reached out to Scott and he was over within a couple of hours. He unclogged our kitchen sink drain, repaired a drain valve that while functional had not been installed correctly, and gave us a proper fitting disposal stopper as ours was not the correct one for our unit. After fixing everything he tested the disposal and the dishwasher to make sure everything was functioning properly. All this while bearing the heat on the hottest day of the year. We're very appreciative of Scott's ability to be able to quickly help us in our time of need, would call him again should the need arise and heartily recommend his services to potential customers.
