We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

Update: Yesterday was the 4th time I've used Cornell's Plumbing. This time, it was to replace the faucet set in my 17 year old bathroom sink. The work took close to 2 hours, and cost $350. The new faucet was a twin handled Moen set that I purchased from Home Depot. Cornel told me the price before he began work. He left the sink spotlessly clean and (at my request) removed all packaging and the old faucet. Yes, plumbers are expensive, but if I have to spend the money, I at least have the satisfaction of knowing that it's done by a reliable, trustworthy company.

My new washer couldn't be hooked up to the water supply because my house has horrible PVC plumbing. The PVC pipe had become brittle and fused to the hot water valve. It was late in the afternoon when I called Cornel's, and they sent a plumber out the morning of the very next work day. Yay!!! Although he warned me the pipe could very likely break when he tried to remove it, it didn't, thank goodness. I was only charged his $150 trip fee. Double yay!!! Cornel's Plumbing will continue to be my preferred company in the future. I highly recommend them.

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Really seemed that he listened and cared about my needs. He took out our old double basin kitchen sink and installed a single basin sink. I absolutely love it!!!

I am great full for this company. It has saved my apartment complex may times from a disaster. The customer service in the dispatch from David is exceptional, he always calms the situation and lets you know they are there to help asap. Dan is an amazing plumber always professional and does not waste any time getting the job done professional and right the first time. Called Axiom after encountering a drain problem at my house, which has a main sewer line repair history. Axiom showed up on-site, checked everything out, and narrowed the issue down to a single branch drain/vent. Excellent communication and no upselling. Highly recommended.
