Ryan Whiting with Lovett Excavating is one of the best horizontal drill operators in the business. When his crew shows up on the job site they bring the right equipment to get the job done right the first time. They visually pass ALL underground utilities; keep the area safe and make it look as good or better than when they started. Working in Portland on one of the Cell phone provider projects, it was a relief to go out on a Lovett job site. Having local companies on the project was a win win.
