Best Broken Sump Pump in Portland OR

3 Mountains Plumbing was out at my new house this week repairing a broken sewer line and root intrusion. Ian came out on Monday to take a look and scope my sewer. When their bid came back to have the work done, it was not only very competitive, but it has a 3 year warranty on their work, which neither of the other two companies that quoted me offered. I really liked that about 3 Mountains, that they'd stand behind their work!On Wednesday 12/16/2020, Edgar, Francisco, and Josh came out. They told me they'd try to preserve my Agave bush and my fence, but could make no promises. Of course it was pouring rain all day, but that didn't stop the excavation team from doing a fantastic job. The guys made sure to save my Agave bush and my fence, as well as put back some large rocks lining the edge of the grass. Absolutely pleased with the service we received!We also had a journeyman plumber come out, Chris, on Monday as well. We're going to have 3 Mountains repair our cast iron waste stack that was improperly plugged up after a blockage, as well as replace our ancient water heater. Will update after I get those services done as well.

Eric was excellent! He was super friendly, very informative, and eased our concerns. He also gave us every option that could happen before and after his work based on our blockage and that was helpful to know even if it’s not what we wanted to hear! I highly recommend him.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Alex showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them the next time I need a plumber.
