3Mountains was professional and responsive every step of the way from booking to appointment. We had a major leak in our main water supply less than a week after my wife had major surgery. We had to shut the water off for 2 days which was very stressful. We had another company come out on day one and they said they couldn’t do the work due to access difficulty. 3 Mountains—and especially their technician, Peter, had no problem with the access and fixed the leak in less than 2 hours!Highly Recommend!!

Awesome service! Kay took my initial call and was friendly and knowledgeable! She scheduled me for a Monday and a technician/plumber was able to come early so he came out today! This was a savior !! Thomas Patrick was awesome. He cleared out drain and found a small leak and fixed that. He was professional, quick and very nice. Price was very reasonable for the work.

Yes, a returning customer! At the start of the pandemic, Justin helped me out with a root invaded sewer line. Thanks Justin! He was great then so I didn't hesitate to call Service Plus Plumbing this time which all started with a new washer, a washer repairman and the discovery of no hot water into the laundry room. And, even though we don't use hot water for laundry the new machine requires the water pressure from it to operate. In walks plumber Charles...turns out my water pipes were a mixture of galvanized steel and copper and because I had not used hot water in the laundry room for years that pipe was most likely corroded. He gave me the option to run a new hot water line into the laundry room which would be the cheapest and fix the immediate problem. However this would not resolve the galvanized steel issue and although it wasn't leaking now there were signs of corrosion that would eventually leak becoming a huge problem unless the crawlspace was regularly inspected. I've been in this house for over 25 years and have never been down there...so yeah-it ain't happening now! With his advice I was able to make a proactive decision, and take advantage of a substantial reduction in price when all the work can be done at once; new water service, new kitchen drain, and re-piping to remove all the galvanized steel. Now, I am pleasantly surprised by all the improvements that I didn't even know were missing such as better water pressure and faster hot water delivery to the bathroom! You can't get a more honest and hardworking plumber! Mick has done great quality work for us for the past several years. He was our hero when the upstairs shower began to flood our kitchen ceiling with water. He figured out the source of the problem (which was all behind walls!) and took care of it! Mick's plumbing is 5 star!
