My water heater died and needed a new one ASAP. Looked at the big box stores and some other well known water heater joints and they were mostly out 2 weeks or more before I could be a real human and take a proper shower instead of heating buckets on the stove like I am a cave man. Well spoke to Whitney I believe and she gave me my options I wanted the water heater with the 12 year warranty and asked when I can have it installed if I did the deal and she said tomorrow! SOLD. Gave credit card over the phone next day had Jimmy come and install my new water heater and he did a great job and was very good and able to trouble shoot on the spot to make the unit fit got the 50lb water heater from Reliance and the water is HOT HOT HOT. Next time I need a plumber I will be going with All Pro. Give them a call they are the new water heater kings in my book.

I contacted Green Box to get a quote for installing an EV charger. They came out the next day and gave me a great guide to how it would work. Ultimately I had them upgrade my electrical service as well, to allow for future projects. They definitely didn't upsell me, but gave me options and information. The job itself was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They were great to work with from beginning to end.

Unprofessional to the extreme.

I had them come out to look at a shower valve at a rental property. The first attempt, they no-showed the appointment.

After rescheduling and getting a quote, I decided to move forward with the work. The day before that appointment they called to confirm details, but had no idea what I wanted done. They thought they were replacing my external shower unit with a standard valve, which is not what I had asked them to quote for.

We agreed they would keep the next day appointment and give me a new quote for replacing with a new external shower mount.

Upon arriving for the next appointment, the tenants politely asked them to wear masks as they have young children at home. The plumbers said they would go to their van to get some... and then just never returned.

I called to sort this out and was told Our company is done with wearing masks. I won't wear one. At this point it would be better if you found someone else.
