We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

From the first call to AllPro till the pump replacement was completed - these folks are super responsive and top notch professionals. Cost was clear from the first discussion. And a fair price as well.

I have been dreading the task of upgrading our electrical panel and moving the PGE box for years. But it finally came to a time when I couldn’t put it off any longer. I was referred to GreenBox from my plumber and I was so thrilled by their work. I wish I had realized how easy it could have been years ago! They came out so quickly and the work was done within two days time with only a short window of time without power. They were a dream to work with.

My home warranty company called these clowns out because I wanted a second opinion. They showed up an hour early but then sat in my driveway talking on their phones for 30 minutes. I do that sometimes too, work when I show up to an appointment early - but I park down the street so I don't bug my clients. When Joel made it to the door, he rang the bell and immediately followed that with a cop-knock. I answered and told him to pick one, both weren't necessary especially as they'd been if my driveway for half an hour.

He then went to the bathroom where the sink wasn't draining. He brought in a flashlight and a hair-removal plastic tool, literally nothing else. He was in the bathroom for less than 5 minutes. He then - without a word - went back out to the van. He and his driver (don't ask me) sat in the driveway another 20 minutes, and at 11 am - the scheduled appointment time - they fired it up and drove away - still without a word.

When I called their dispatch I was told Joel felt unsafe because we had closed the screen door he left wide open (so we could leave the main door open so he could get back in without having to knock again - which he would have seen, had he gotten out of the van).

I am not paying for this service call, and as a Realtor I'll certainly not be recommending them for any work, and if they get called in on anything I'll veto them.
