He's helped us to do several jobs on our project house and he did a total overhaul for my parents and the work was excellent... so when we have a plumbing issue at our house there is nobody else I would call! BP Plumbing is our go to!

Roger has come to our house a couple times in the the last month for two different projects. He was great! Both times he was thorough, funny, and called before coming over. He checked his work afterwords and was on his way. Great service from a local, small business.

Charlie was the only plumber who called me back out of ten plumbers I left voicemail messages to explaining that I needed help with a burst pipe in my garage from the ice storm. He was able to come out on short notice and remedy my immediate problem quickly then made a return trip a few days later to take care of another issue we discovered during his first visit. He tackled what was a mess of pipes in my almost 80 year old home and successfully modernized and simplified our plumbing in a way that will last well into the future for a fair price. JAM workers replaced the plumbing and pipes to and in my bathroom and all the fixtures. they were on time and the workmanship was solid. When revisions were required to accommodate the new vanity and drawers for some built in cabinets they made them promptly and without question. they went above and beyond by putting needed structural reinforcements to the floor under the bathtub and did not bill me for it even though the problem was only discovered after work began. They also managed to replace pipes from the basement to second floor without requiring any walls to be torn out. They were a pleasure to work with. i'd definitely use them again

We had a whole replumb of our home from galvanized steel to PEX, plus a toilet install. Karl worked quickly, cleanly, and was very kind, friendly and professional. He made what could've been a rather disruptive project feel like minimal impact. Would highly recommend!

Well it appears that the pipes so far on my house have held up after spending $10,000 however the cheap new valve and handle that they put on there doesn't hold up and leaks. they apparently don't guarantee that after spending all that money they won't even come out and fix it. so they don't guarantee everything as they say on there commercials or whatever so I would ask them if you're getting it done what exactly is it that they're guaranteed cuz now I have to pay someone a couple hundred dollars if not them to come out and fix what they put in and it hasn't even been a couple years when it started leaking. YOUR REPLY IS UNACCEPTABLE . I REALIZE YOUR COST TO COME OUT THAT'S THE PROBLEM. YOU PUT THE CHEAP VALVE IN YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT! PERIOD. DON'T USE CHEAP PROUCTS.

With that said, consumers may find their pricing to be at a full retail level but, with a $49 refundable (if you proceed with the work) estimate fee the option is entirely yours as to whether to proceed or not. Having worked with numerous Plumbing companies over the years as a Real Estate Broker getting an estimate is not always a given.
