Best Water Removal in Plano TX

When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

After a washing machine repairman broke the cold water valve - on a Friday afternoon, no less - causing water to shoot out all aver the laundry room and forcing us to turn off the main water to our house, we had to get a plumber ASAP to fix it. These guys were able to come within a couple of hours and fix the valve, and for a reasonable price. The plumber who made the repair was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I was surprised by how quickly their water heater heats up the water. I never have to wait long for hot water, which is a huge plus.
