Best Water Purification in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Had a water supply line and valve fail in an upstairs bathroom on a Friday evening. Once I got the water at the main shut off, I called Thorough Plumbing and Jeff was over within the hour to make the repair and get the water to the house back on. As the name suggests, he was extremely thorough and explained why and how it all happened and the best option for moving forward.
The pricing seemed very reasonable given the circumstances and we will definitely be using Thorough Plumbing for our future plumbing issues. Thanks Jeff!

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

I live in Greenway Crest and I have been here for over 25 years. During that time I have used many plumbing companies all with the same we'll get to you when we can attitude and prices rivaling a Mercedes dealership car repair. I decided to try a smaller company and called Aubrey Plumbing, and I am glad I did. They provided quick responses and texts letting me know when a plumber was arriving, and James, our plumber, was very professional and took great pride in the quality of his work. He removed and installed a new tankless water heater in record time, and replaced outdoor piping for a gas leak. Worried, based on their pressure test, that I might still have a small gas leak in the house the owner/manager came late one night to check it out since James' had a personal emergency. You don't get that with the larger companies. They found the small leak and repaired it. My experience with Aubrey Plumbing was amazing, and I recommend that you give them a try.
