Our water heater broke and thanks to Jeff and his wife who came to our rescue immediately, we were able to stop the flooring and had hot water to shower last night. So grateful that we found them through Next Door. Highly recommend this husband and wife team. Cannot be happier!

Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.

Jose came out and fixed our wobbly toilet. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Before he left he had me check the work and it was done and he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely have him do work in the future.

We had a late night emergency with clogged sewer main. Jacob was a consummate pro and made a house call at midnight. The next day he and Marcos were in an 8 foot trench and worked to replace a broken cleanout and sewer connection, getting us back on our feet fast. Cant thank Pure Plumbing enough.

Jacob was also courteous, patient, and kind when explaining. He never had issues showing evidence of work needed and gave us several options to fix the problem. I recommend Pure Plumbing with no reservations to anyone needing high quality work done by great people. Thank yall!!
