Heather is exceptional, she is kind and compassionate. She tries her best to make you feel better in the worst times when your AC's out or your plumbing is backed up. Every time I call I know I will get over and above the standard help. This was my 3 mishap this summer. Bryan the AC guy was great too. I highly recommend Devards for great work and exceptional customer service.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

The repairmen were fine & work was excellent. The office staff was polite & helpful to a degree. However, the billing with the insurance company was not acceptable. The Ins co sent ALD to us to do the work but they could not communicate with each other and get bills paid. I had to pay for everything and then get reimbursed. I’ve never had to do that with any company referred by an ins company. I’m unsure whose fault it was, the ins co or ALD. Had the billing been done correctly, I would have given a 5 star rating.

I am so glad to have found Legacy Plumbing. They arrived on time, Wayne and Alex were professional, courteous, thoroughly explained my problem, and are reasonably priced.

Sam was awesome! His team came in, diagnose the problem, brought any new tank and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use the plumbing house again for both business and personal. Thanks guys.
