Best Spot Repair in Plano TX

This was my first experience with In-House Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment within one day which was helpful. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I was able to pay right at the end of the appointment which I liked.

This was the third time Jason came to the house. He is persistent in trying to find the problem, ordering parts (which turned out to be the wrong part). He was great to work with!

First time customer. The hot water line to our washing machine broke when I tried to remove the hose from the valve.

After my wife saw an online recommendation, I called and left a detailed message. They called right back within about 5 minutes. Extremely professional and friendly on the phone.

They scheduled a repair right away. Gage arrived within an hour (maybe 30 minutes?). Very friendly and professional. Made a clean and fairly small exploratory cut into the drywall and found the problem right away. He made a quick trip to pick up a new valve.

Tanner was very professional, courteous and punctual. He followed COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask and social distancing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the heater. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Plano Plumbing & Leak Detection came out to my home and found a leak in the pipes under my home. They were able to fit me in to their schedule to get the leak repaired quickly and save me a lot of money! They were very professional to work with and did a great job. Hopefully I won't have any leaks in the near future, but if I do I'm definitely reaching out to them again!
