I called Earl's Plumbing upon recommendation from our HOA property manager due to a leak in my meter box. My call was answered immediately, and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. The following morning I received a text with a photo of the assigned service tech included and the expected time of arrival. Jason and Aaron were on time and got right to work.After assessing the situation, Jason presented me with a few scenarios because additional digging would be required in order for him to diagnose the problem. He recommended they start with the least invasive and least expensive option but also advised me what the worst case scenario could be which I appreciated.The least invasive option ended up resolving the matter which saved me a significant amount of money, and I appreciated Jason keeping me informed throughout the entire process.I hope I never need plumbing services again, but if I do, I will only call Earl's.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

This company's actions demonstrated, character. Anthony and Michael worked their tail off to do a great job!! It takes no character when things are easy and good. When things are tough, hard, difficult through no fault of our own that's when character shines.
I interviewed several companies for my job, all priced the job about the same, I have not one doubt however that I picked the best of the best.

Great company

WOW! what a plumber. Professional, trustworthy and his pricing is good. Extensive experience in the plumbing world and more. We absolutely recommend him. You will not be disappointed. This was the second job he has done for us and we will use him again.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.
