Best Plumber Install in Plano TX

Not professional when it comes to noting details. They took down the wrong service address and sent the plumbers there. When no one answered the door at that location, they cancelled the appointment and said the plumbers had nothing else available for theee weeks They would also not accept their mistake in noting the address. Very unprofessional service..

Tracy was professional, polite, pleasant. He explained and went above and beyond checking out my furnace. He also taught me that about my carbon monoxide monitor that I didn't even know I had. He kept me informed and updated of what he was doing and how things were going. A nice guy. Professional friendly, business like. No complaints or suggestions whatsoever. In-House Plumbing performed a leak test, leak location test and subsequent repair of 3 sewer leaks. Their prices were reasonable and they were quick to come out to start the repair. What really impressed me was the customer service. Chris answered many questions throughout the process. They never let much time go by before they returned a call to set up an appointment or answer a question.The plumbers informed us along the way what they were doing and what they found. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were also able to avoid going in through the floor to do any repairs.I was very happy with the service provided.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
