Best Leaky Pipe in Plano TX

Had a busted pipe after the freezing weather this week and called several plumbers as soon as i got home. Being 5pm (or later) before I called, I either got voice messages stating someone would call me back, answering services that stated they would have them call me, and one who said the didn't have an appointment for 3 days I resolved to wait and see who called back and try again the following day. Contacted Triple Crown the next morning and they were able to come out the same day. They were a bit pricey for what I needed done, but I got a text message minutes after getting off the phone with them including a link to view the appointment online. I also got a text when the techs were en-route and they arrived within the 1hour appointment window. Finally, instead of having to wait for them to fill out a bunch of paperwork in their truck or my dining room, I signed 2 quick forms on the techs phone and my invoice was emailed to me. Glad to see someone taking advantage of new technologies in industries still stuck in the pen and paper days. Both techs were very nice and got to work quickly and made sure I was happy with the work before they left. They will be my first call the next time I need plumbing help.
Side note, I have not heard from any of the other companies I left messages with. I guess they just didn't need my business.

Chad was easily the best plumber we have had come out. He was honest, courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing. We were staring down a very different situation and he managed to dislodge the clog within 15 minutes.
He came out the morning we called, and took the time to explain what equipment he used and why it worked. To say we are grateful would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Cody from Enco plumbing. I had a leak they found on a pipe in my slab. They fixed the leak with minimum damage, quoted me a fair price and when asked suggested someone to fix the slab! I had used Enco on another leak and will used them on anything plumbing in the future.

Tenant occupied property. Danny came out to check the leak due to frozen pipe. He had everything opened up and I asked him for a quote and neither him nor Debbie gave me a quote for the repair before proceeding with making the repair. Now I’m getting hit with a four hundred plus dollar bill for the repair. I will pay them but prospective clients beware. Not a good business practice at all.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing has worked at our store several times and they are very professional, punctual and completes the job to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Replaced a hot water heater for me. Showed up early and had it installed and working in an hour. Did a great job. Very professional. I highly recommend him. Will definitely use him again.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
