Best Leaky Faucet in Plano TX

Triple Crown Plumbing save me!!! I originally called a #1 company, whom I will not name. I had a minor leak on an external faucet. Waited 3 days for them to come out. The evening before they were to show up them canceled. I had to search for a replacement plumber as I had scheduled to work from home the next day. Triple Crown Plumbing took the call, very professional and understood. The next day they called, texted and was on their way. They were even early. They explain the job and cost before working. They ran into a problem where the pipes were solder on. They show it to me and explain the extra cost as the new piping is to be screwed on and not solder. When the work was completed it looks very good and the wife was happy. The company called after Triple Crown Plumbing fixes my faucet want to come out. All I could say if you cancel an appointment with someone and you had 3 day to call do not call them the day before the original appointment and asked can you come out to fix the problem, It's to late as your customer not waiting and moved on. Next time I have a plumbing problem I am calling Triple Crown Plumbing.

Racist in general if your brown colored don’t bother even trying to get good business with them.

Landry Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Jonathan addressed several different plumbing projects and did a great job with everything. Communication and attention to detail was great. This business is top notch! My mother's main sewer line backed up and they came out to help. While they were coming out, I had called the city of The Colony to be sure that the repairs the city was doing hadn't caused the issues. I didn't know that The Colony public works comes out and clears sewer clogs for free. The ENCO employ waited to be sure the city would have no problems and when I offered to pay, he said there was no need. My mom had just had a stroke and I think the company was being compassionate. Their kindness and support was appreciated.

This family - owned business saved our weekend! One Saturday morning, we found out the hard way that our 1.5 year old had put a toy down one of our toilets. I frantically called a handful of plumbers in frisco and they all were closed! With 3 young boys under age 6, we couldn’t wait two days for the plumbing to be fixed.

Finally, I stumbled upon Nathan and his son, at Mr. Rooter. They were responsive to our “plumbing emergency” and unplugged our toilet in no time! Quick, responsive, quality care. They will be our go-to plumber for any future situations..... which I know we surely will have.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Bill always does a great job. I called at 5 pm with a sink upstairs connected to our AC unit beginning to overflow. He came promptly at 6:30 pm and unclogged it. Thank you for saving the day!!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
