Best Leaky Faucet in Plano TX

Triple Crown Plumbing save me!!! I originally called a #1 company, whom I will not name. I had a minor leak on an external faucet. Waited 3 days for them to come out. The evening before they were to show up them canceled. I had to search for a replacement plumber as I had scheduled to work from home the next day. Triple Crown Plumbing took the call, very professional and understood. The next day they called, texted and was on their way. They were even early. They explain the job and cost before working. They ran into a problem where the pipes were solder on. They show it to me and explain the extra cost as the new piping is to be screwed on and not solder. When the work was completed it looks very good and the wife was happy. The company called after Triple Crown Plumbing fixes my faucet want to come out. All I could say if you cancel an appointment with someone and you had 3 day to call do not call them the day before the original appointment and asked can you come out to fix the problem, It's to late as your customer not waiting and moved on. Next time I have a plumbing problem I am calling Triple Crown Plumbing.

The plumber Cody did such an excellent work on our outside pipe. Our outside pipe broke and the whole front yard turned to a big pool. Cody was not only very efficient with his time and fixed the pipe very quickly but also he was very courteous and provided a great consultation about possible future issues and what to do about them. What I really appreciated about Cody’s approach that he didn’t simply replace the pipe as it was but rather installed improvements to include a double shut off point and a higher box. Overall, this was such a positive experience and I would recommend the Enco plumbing to all my friends and family in a heart beat.

I have used Gary’s Quality plumbing for over 8 years. Adam is trustworthy and always does an amazing job. We have a tankless water with circulatory system....also backup water tanks....also used him when we installed gas fire pits in our backyard. Always quick to respond and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

They said they’d be at my house from 9:00 to 1:00 I got a text with a picture of the plumber that would be repairing my shower at 9:00 saying he was on his way. I appreciated the heads up... sending the photo helped, known me exactly who would be coming into my home, so that I wouldn’t let anyone else in the house that may be posing as a plumber. The plumber was very knowledgeable and professional and I recommend Mr Rooter highly

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
