I called GO Friday around 4pm not expecting an open appointment as they close at 5. My water heater was flooding my home and I didn’t know what to do. They were able to quickly send out Chris who showed up within 20 minutes of me scheduling my appointment. He contacted a restoration company for me and they arrived within 1 hour to help dry out my floors and come up with a plan on the damages. The plumber chris was able to replace my water heater same day so I can have hot water for my family. He was clean, thorough, and explained all my options before doing any work.
