Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Very professional group from scheduling, to quoting, to doing the job. Mike and his team were on time and did extremely good work in a small space also cleaning up after the job. I can't recommend them more.

Jeffrey Martinez came out and saved the day by unclogging my kitchen drain and line. He was courteous and knowledgeable and he wore his mask the entire time. He performed excellent same day service and told me and showed me how to use the product he left to address future issues. I am very satisfied with the service he provided today and highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especiallyJeffrey.

These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

Maybe its just me; I had a plugged sewer service line. They did a great job and the guys were great. I was calling around multiple plumbers trying to get someone out and asking each what the cost would be. With TGP I’m told $199 and I got a few quotes from other plumbers. I decided to go with TGP because they are literally a block from me and I called back the others and canceled and then called in to schedule my appointment to learn that its not $199 but $199 plus $99 service fee. They came back with a reduction so my total was $258. Didn’t appreciate not being told UPFRONT what my total cost was going to be. I felt like we were backed into a corner and had no choice at that point.
