Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I have used many different plumbers in the past and Chuck at Best Quality Plumbing is now my go to guy. He is very responsive, timely, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. Btw...my dog even liked him! Before he repairs anything he will show you what needs repair explain why. Then he will go over the process of repairing it. Thanks Chuck!

The plumber came within 30 minutes, he was so fast to diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then he helped me to cleaned up the water. I highly recommend the entire team at Zoom Drain Plumbing Co.! It's a family owned business. They replaced the sewer line for my house, cleared the city inspection, and cleaned up! Truly exceptional customer service, high quality, and professional work!
I had four other companies to work on the sewer system cleaned up and no one could complete this job properly. Roby, the owner's son, cleared the clogged pretty quick, which previous companies couldn't.
The owner Robert and technician David explained the work to be done clearly (with pictures and videos), were responsive when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said that they would. If you need sewer line replacement or service, look no further, this is your company.

We needed to get a full review of the plumbing and HVAC in our 1600 sf rental home. We had some occasional random foul odors going on, and we wanted to be sure the traps and all exhaust systems were good. Augerpros did a great job and a very thorough exam of each plumbing connection and outflow, and all HVAC systems, their connections and outflow. We identified an issue and it was easily adjusted, and other recommendations to solve the issue. And the Master Plumber, Chance, put a lot of effort into helping us! Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
