Randy came to our house on Christmas Eve and cleared our blocked drain very quickly and efficiently. The logic for the method he used was explained clearly and patiently. Furthermore, pricing was explained up front and the final price fell within the range he provided. Lastly, Randy was very nice to our family, our guests and our dog. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very professional and very responsive. I called because we had a water leak in the front yard. It the Saturday before Easter and left a message. I did not expect to receive a return call until Monday since their hours are Monday thru Friday and it was a holiday weekend. To my surprise Mike called me back within the hour. He explained that he couldn't come out until Monday and because of digging in the yard and getting muddy it would need to be the last appointment of the day. Again, I understood completely and told him we would be here whenever he could get to us. To my delight 8:00 am Monday morning Mike was at our front door ready to work. He had moved around his schedule for the day to help us. Amazing customer service that you just don't see very often anymore.

We have used Allred Brothers for various plumbing projects over the past few years including the replacement of our entire old cast iron residential sewer system just completed this week. Wow! I am amazed with how great our experience was with Cole's Plumbing! We had an issue and called at 8:30AM, they were at the house by 10:30AM and had everything fixed shortly thereafter. I was concerned that the price would be crazy since it was same-day, but it was very reasonable. Chad was incredible as well. He was thorough, kind and informative. Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
