Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

We noticed our old water heater leaking and called them in the morning at open. By afternoon we had a new water heater installed. The prior water heater was poorly installed and the plumber took the time to correct everything and install new pipes, turn offs, exhaust, and connections as needed. The install took a lot of work and a trip back to the shop for equipment due to the old heater not draining but we ended up with a professional job at the quoted price. Would not hesitate to use or refer to Speake's.

Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our tankless water heater, which was only a year old busted from the freeze. We called lots of plumbers and all were busy. One company came and charged us to barely peak in the attic and told us it was frozen and nothing could be done. We told them
it was frozen before they came out! We got a heater up there and thawed it out and they would not return to help. Then, we called COLE’S PLUMBING! YAY!!! CHAD came out at 8pm to replace the entire tankless heater! He had been up since 4:30am on calls and was pleasant and kind about our situation. When he pulled up, he was on the phone. Turns out a neighbor saw his truck coming to our house and asked if he could help them next. So, he finished our house around 10 and then went to a neighbors. I found my new plumber! GIVE THEM A TRY, you won’t be sorry.

It has been a while since we used Enco Plumbing, but that’s a good thing. That all changed with the drought and then downpour. It caused our water line to burst. Enco came to the rescue and fixed our water line. They fixed the yard to where you can’t tell. Thanks, again Enco!

Pure Plumbing came out during the February snow and ice storm when everyone else was closed. They promptly repaired the clogged drain at reasonable service fees. We called twice to request a quote for further services and never got a call back, thus the 4 star rating.

Just paid $125 for a plumber to walk around my yard and not fix anything. I called after hours for emergency service and got nothing out of it. I could tell the service man did not even want to try to located our outside drains. Worst service ever! Ill go back to roto-router least they actually work for their money.
