Best Commercial Plumbing Projects in Plano TX

Very unprofessional and dishonest. I got charged 325.00$ for unclogging and video inspect ( listed in my invoice). But when i asked for the result of camera service to know exactly situation of my pipe. They answered that it was ALL BLACK???. My house was 1983. However, as we can seen on HGTV, there was a lot of older houses but plumbers still possible to inspect the pipe through camera. They suggested me to replace my WHOLE drainage system with over 33.000$ service. I asked them that I need to know the exactly situation of my pipe before fixing or replacing anything, if it was broken, at least i need to know what part was damaged. They asked me have to set up another appointment to do the camera service AGAIN and have to pay additional 199.00$. I won't pay twice for the same service. I also afraid that i will get the same result for the camera service which is All Black. This raised a question that did the plumbers really did what they charged me at the first time ( unclogging and service camera). Stay away from them.

Scottie Blake did an amazing job! I was very impressed that they had both a faucet & disposal on their truck. They were able to professionally & meticulously install both within an hour! I will be using them again to replace my toilets.

Via my home warranty company, I had another company come out 3 different times. At-Ease Plumbing came out and quickly (and at a reasonable price) resolved what the other company didn't want to. The employee contacted me on time to let me know he would be a little late, called with ample time for me to get home when he was on the way, worked quickly, checked everything several times until he was satisfied, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite and respectful. This was my first time using At-Ease plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future if this is the quality of work I can expect from them.

Needed help replacing outside faucet. Texas Plumbing was doing work for a neighbor and fitting my project into their days work schedule. They performed the work in a very professional and efficient manner. I own rental properties in Plano, Garland and Mesquite and plan to use them in the future. I highly recommend their services

Everyone was professional and responsive. Price was as promised and affordable. Repair was stellar and Adam did a great job making sure everything worked and even helped fix an issue with a bent faucet line I wasn’t expecting!!! Highly recommend. I had a shower drain from previous owner not properly installed causing a crack in the drain line below the tub. Very difficult to access and repair. They fixed it super fast and clean and did it right!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
