Proudfoot has done my furnace and AC maintenance for a couple years, always courteous and on time. I had a problem with my hot water heater that we'd put off fixing because it was going to be a big job. I asked Proudfoot for a quote and they found a cheaper and better way to do it that meant not cutting through my ceiling, got it done ONE DAY from when I called them out. Great work, cleaned up everything to the way it was before the project, and Hugh the owner came out to inspect it himself before they left. Definitely would use Proudfoot again!

They were able to get here the morning after I called. Fixed the issue pretty quickly. Would recommend!!

Technician, Chris Sperl, stopped by our home and gave me excellent advice, though it cost him the opportunity to do the work I thought I wanted. Chris was experienced, friendly, and professional. Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

The man who came to service the house rang our doorbell upon arrival. He then let me know that there might be an issue with the Deed to our house (we just bought this house a month ago). He then told me he would go speak with dispatch to see what they could do to resolve the issue. I went upstairs to look for a deed or any other paperwork to possibly resolve the issue which took about 5 minutes. Mind you I am thinking he may still be on the phone as I did not hear the doorbell ring agin. So I went to speak with him once more and he had already left... without a word! We called afterward and he claimed to have knocked but like....we have a doorbell...that he used the first time.. I am just so confused and I this that this is very unprofessional. We are still without running water and this seemed to me an easy fix. Very unhappy and we will be going elsewhere.

This company is impressive. They were able to come right away and fix an issue with the garbage disposal. The owner was so helpful. The tech that came went above and beyond. He dealt with the home warranty company easily and professionally. He even let my 1year old sit by him and “ help” him fix the sink. He was great and super friendly with our dog. He replaced our disposal perfectly and quickly.
These guys are great! Great customer service! Great people! We will only use them now.

Mark and his son came out to help me repair and replace my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking inside the cabinet underneath. They were both on time, professional, and did an outstanding job - they were recommended to me by someone else and I would hire them again so I will definitely pass this on to others! Very happy with their work and help at an extremely reasonable price.

Great service! The tech arrived about an hour after I called on a Saturday afternoon… which is wonderful because water was leaking from a pipe. Jeff did quick and clean work. He explained the repairs and promptly started the project.

We had a heat pump installed, the first cooling system our 50s house ever had. The install was quick, even with taking time to answer any remaining questions and to properly greet both toddler and cat - professional without being stand-offish. The consult was great, too, and we appreciated that they took the time to argue for the least expensive option just as fervently as for the more profitable ones.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. I experienced TUDI has excellent, really fast and efficient service , great customer service and great leadership, the whole team try their best to make customer satisfaction, Thanks!

Very professional.:40 minutes of total gentle labor plus 40 minutes of driving to pick up the piece and bring it back to install it. A small resistor, which should not cost more than a few dollars. Total: US$ 399. My bad, I should have asked the hourly rate.

The installation by Allen and Josh went smoothly. They went over and above my expectations. The price I paid was exactly what was quoted, no surprises. Everything was explained to me regarding operation and maintenance of my tankless water heater. They cleaned up thoroughly and left no mess. I highly recommend Miller Plumbing and heating.

Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.
