I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Useless company. Charged me $150 to tell me my sump pump was working properly when it definitely was not. Terrible at returning phone calls. Did not give me any kind of reasonable time window for appointments- just gave me a range of a couple of days and then called when they were already on their way, ready or not. Look elsewhere for a plumber.

I have been meaning to write a review for a few weeks now, I am a person that is not fulltime in PA and I had a problem didnt know who to call. I decided on Gillece. They sent a service person out and they were on time and explain toughly everything to me. My service persons name was Rick he was awesome. I would recommend them 100 %

Disgusted repairman writes up air conditioning puts it was a problem before we moved in which is a total lie now warranty wont cover it!
