Great plumbers and price is right

Just had a Furnace, Air Conditioning and Hot water tank replace some very old units. The techs Brandon and Robbie did an excellent job ripping out the old units and installing the new ones. They had to do some real work arounds to get the furnace intake and exhaust pipes out the back of the house and Brandon recommended to his supervisor to change the type of Hot water tank from a shorter fatter unit that was first proposed to a taller thinner unit that would fit better into the same area as the old one.They never stopped working all day the two days they were there.

Update 2/8/23: I had Proudfoot come and install another tankless water heater at our new house. Painless process, they were done within a few days of my initial request. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of their services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Proudfoot. They replaced our old cast iron boiler with a combi-unit that acts as both boiler and on-demand water heater, and it works great. It's more efficient, saves money on gas, and provides unlimited hot water. They also fixed some long standing issues with our plumbing. The owner Hugh Williams was straightforward, knowledgeable and honest, and clearly took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Highly recommended! I will certainly be calling up Proudfoot for any plumbing or heating issues I encounter in the future.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I called around to a lot of places for quotes on a water heater replacement and these guys had the best rate by far. Dispatch was very pleasant to deal with, and Maryanne made sure I was on the schedule before the weekend so my daughter and I weren't without hot water until Monday. Brandon came out at the exact time dispatch said he would, and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and did not try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need which is more than could be said about a lot of competitors. There were absolutely no hidden fees or up charges, I paid exactly what was quoted. Brandon even gave some advice on possible issues with my chimney and things to look out for on my PVM. From start to finish, I really don't think it could've gone better. I'll absolutely be calling them for future work.

Vince is very reliable and as many others have said, really knows his stuff and what he's talking about. He's great at communicating when setting up an appointment and won't ghost you. He took care of resetting a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet for us. We highly recommend his services and will definitely be repeat customers.

We have used Brickhaas Pluming on two separate occasions now. I could not be happier with their service. They do quality work at a fair price. They are responsive when you contact them. Every technician that I have delt with (four in total, including Gary) are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not go anyplace else wile I am in the Pittsburgh area. Ron and Tom were fantastic technicians. They both went above and beyond to explore all aspects of our problem, needing a new furnace. Gillece also provided this second opinion at no charge, which was nice. Ron took the time to take apart the furnace to show the affected areas and went on and taught me maintenance tips. We have young kids and Tom went so far as to test for CO2 leaks to make sure the dangerous gas wasn’t seeping into our home airways. They recommended the same furnace model as another respected competing company, but the reason we didn’t choose Gillece is that the price quote was more than three times their competitor’s. But I wanted to leave this review because Ron and Tom at Gillece went way above and beyond and deserve a raise and praise for treating this customer the way they did.

I have used 5 star for my multi-family apartment communities around Pittsburgh. The techs are punctual, courteous and priced very fairly. I would recommend their service to anyone in need of heating or cooling help.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!
