We had a sewer line backup that needed professional attention. These guys were able to make it to us quickly and didn't charge any fees for a rush visit. The two men were very friendly and professional. They made sure to wear masks (COVID...) the whole time and took care of our issue quickly without making a mess either. I don't know how this company is not 5 stars. The Bigley family is synonymous with professionalism, fairness, and amazing service. I use Bigley Plumbing to service both my home and my 35,000 square foot commercial office building. No matter what the issue is, Bigley is there quickly, fixes the issue, is professional, and even with all that, affordable! There is no way there is another plumbing company in Pittsburgh that offers better service. Bigley plumbing is truly the best.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience with Restano Plumming; they literally did everything right!

I had an old water heater that started leaking, and Restano came same day I called to replace it for me. There were in and out of here in about an hour to install the new one. The guys that installed my new water heater were professional and nice.

I would call Restano again for sure, and recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a leaking tub and called DR Plumbing for help. He was super responsive, fixed the leak quickly, and explained in detail what was causing it and what the fix was. Very reasonable priced as well. I will definitely be calling again if I have any plumbing issues!

He ran into problems that were no cause of his own and despite that, he stuck with it and not only fixed the issue, but he did it exceptionally well. While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request.

AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself).

Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.

Great service showed up quickly and took care of the problem when 2 other plumbers didnt know how to do it. Really know his stuff.

I have worked with Taggart on several occasions since becoming a homeowner of a 100+ year old home, and I am impressed every time. They have had availability that is so convenient, and the work they do is minimally invasive, professional, but most importantly, efficient.

This most recent go, I had a leak in old copper piping that had flooded out the ceiling in the floor below it. I did the old duct tape patch job to mitigate the spread, then immediately called Taggart (it was late afternoon). They had availability early the next day, and I was provided extremely useful information, suggested outcomes, current and future state suggestions, to boot. The work took maybe 2 hours, and the original leak, plus a leak I originally didn't know about were replaced cleanly, with PEX.

While I hope I don't need to call them too often, I'm always impressed when I do. Thank you, team!
