Best Service Call in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Kelly from Proudfoot Plumbing, Heating and Air performed a system check-up of my a/c at my home. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he patiently listened to my concerns regarding the performance of my air conditioning system. Kelly displayed an impressive level of expertise and was able to explain complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner. Kelly took the time to educate me on proper maintenance practices and provided valuable tips to maximize the efficiency and lifespan of my air conditioning system. Upon completion of the check-up, he left the area spotless. I highly recommend him.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.
I will be a customer for life.

Bryan Bell, showed up promptly as promised and was very professional. He explained what the problem was and offered advice on the best option to fix it. He seems to have resolved the problem, but he let us know that he would be available if necessary. Overall, we are very pleased with the service.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Jaros Plumbing is the exact type of plumber I was hoping to get when I went looking for one.

They showed up the very next day after I called. They replaced a very old pressure regulator for our home, replaced our water heater, and replaced a broken shut off in a few short hours. Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. Afterwards, they spent extra time explaining other things they saw while working and offered free advice for how to monitor them.

The price was exceptionally fair as well, especially in this day and age.

I will absolutely be a returning customer the next time I need work done, and I will be recommending them to friends.

We had a gas leak at the meter and Brickhaas was one of the very few that even responded to our calls. The crew was polite and professional. Great group of guys! Got the job done and communicated with us every step of the process. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs repairs and will use them for all my future needs.

This company was great. I had used Gillese and was totally ripped off. These guys came and redid the job perfectly. Their price is reasonable and the guys were nice and professional.

Pat installed our Aqua Sana whole home water filter. He was extremely thorough and always very courteous and clean. Couldn’t be happier, and our water tastes great. Would definitely recommend Pat!

Highly impressed with how fast their turnaround time is. Called Sunday with an emergency and they had someone out the next day. Ended up needing a brand new furnace and AC. They were able to get someone out the next day to go over our options. Then after that, they had someone out two days later to do the installation. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly nice and professional and took time answering questions we had. We highly recommend this company!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.
