Best Service Call in Pittsburgh PA

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. He was friendly and he unclogged my sink and fixed the laziness that was done by someone prior I just think the prices are a little too much for what they do, but it needed done. Sadly there are no dependable local plumbers or handyman in this area.

We have an old house with lots of repairs over the years. The guys at Jaros were responsive to our inspection request and helped us prioritize projects. When we discovered a damaged cast iron drain in a wall, they came out asap to replace it. Thanks guys.

Brickhaas is absolutely the best plumbing and HVAC contractor I have ever experienced. Brickhaas doesn't try to lock you into a service contract, as other big contractors do. They don't need to. Their quality and fair pricing is enough to maintain customer loyalty. I have used Brickhaas for both plumbing and HVAC needs. They have replaced plumbing fixtures and my entire HVAC system, as I picked up a new (20+ year old} home that was reaching the end of its existing systems. All the new work done by Brickhaas has improved my home in terms of quality, efficiency and safety. All the team members at Brickhaas are excellent, but I am particularly impressed with Dominic. He is extremely intelligent, diligent and personable. Couldn't ask for more.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!! My home warranty company called these professionals its been over a month and my toilet is still running, the piece that they ordered, they said it would take a week to come and over a month for the piece to come in I had to call them to see if it was in ! Was told i was going to get a call to schedule the appointment to come back out to my house two weeks later still no call ! Every time i talk to this man on the phone he is extremely rude and unprofessional !!!! CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s early stages of a big plumbing project, but so far I could not be happier. The customer service and responsiveness has been outstanding. Friendly professionals (Scott and Justin) with transparent explanations of the problem, the fix and the cost. What a relief.

Called Patrick to replace two three handle shower valves for my bathrooms in my 1950’s home. Patrick was quick and professional and installed quality central brass fixtures in both bathrooms without looking to over charge me like other plumbers. I would definitely recommend him to others in need of repairs done to their home.

Patrick & Daniel were great! Very much pleased with their work & they explained everything before starting the job including the price. Other companies surprise you at the end with the bill. I would definitely refer Sullivan Plumbing. In fact, I’m having my son start using them for A/C & furnace maintenance. These 2 guys work well together. I’m going to request them for fitness issues

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

Benito was polite and did the job—for $715.83! He went to Home Depot for parts and installed them. I have no itemized bill and will not recommend Fagnelli because of their outrageous prices.
