What's most impressive,amongst other stuff, is that from my initial call to schedule Chris to come out & assess my issue until the job was complete was less than 24 hours. Definitely a skilled plumber, who takes a lot of pride in his work, to insure the job is done right...2 Thumbs way up!!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Proudfoot. My call was returned the same day and the scope of the job as well as price were thoroughly explained upfront. Their work is exceptional (tankless water heater and gas line to the kitchen) and better yet the respect they have for your home is unparalleled. They cleaned up after themselves so well no one would have ever known they were even there. Proudfoot will definitely have my business in the future.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

I was planning to replace my AC and old style of furnace, I contacted TUDI, next day I got my estimate with different options based on what I requested, my installation was scheduled soon. Before installation I had a concern about how the new furnace pipes being installed, I called the team , wished to give me more time to think about it, they really understood my situation and agreed to cancel my order with no charge. I would definitely recommend WAHL Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. From the CSR, Audrey, to the salesman that sold us the unit, Aron, and all that installed our new furnace, Sean, Jake, Mike, Tony and Jared, they were all incredibly professional. They were pleasant, prompt, hard working and very informative. There were no surprises. We were given written choices on how to solve the problem and they finished the job on time. Everything is working great.

The Keough team replaced our furnace and a/c last summer and just completed a HWH replacement. On both occasions they were quick, clean and reasonably priced, but above all we appreciate their candor and patience as I worked through my decision among the various options. Each time, they happily spent time answering our questions on how to use the new equipment and when to schedule check-up and maintenance appointments. Very happy to know their team is on our side, and we feel lucky to have overheard, by chance, a conversation at Ferri's where another customer was passing along the recommendation of their work.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
