We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Update: butler sewage already working on repairs for NO COST and new quote to replace 80feet line $2900. Whah a different in price.I wish I could give a zero so everyone will be warned. Horrible scheduling. Overpriced.I scheduled due to a pipe under my sink in basement backing up. They scheduled me on Tuesday from 8:00am-12:00pm, I received a phone calling at 11:55am informing me the service man is stuck at another job site and it be early afternoon. At 3:00pm I received a phone call that they were going to have to reschedule. Rescheduled the next morning 9:00am-10:00am and I would be the first customer of the morning guaranteed. At 9:45am received the phone call that again the service technician was stuck at another house and was running late. What happened to the guarantee?? No apologies. I had already taken two mornings off from work and had to try and have someone available to be at the houseI was informed they were unable to get a hold of the original technician but Steve (who was standing right beside her) would be on his way. I was told he would be there in 45minutes. I questioned this since they were in Bridgeville which is an hour and half from my house. Finally at 1:45pm (2 hours later) and 6 hours later then the GUARANTEED TIME, Steve (technician) arrived. Steve was a very polite and talkative technician. Steve started working. It was $93 or free if unable to clog which is what was advertised. I was informed the snaking wasn’t working and I was going to have to pay for them to use different equipment to clean the line. I was told that if it didn’t work they would deduct the $1900. I was told that in most cases this would fix it, but every house is different.The next day and $1900.00 later I was told it was not successful that the next step is for them to dig because there was a broken pipe and unable to clear the clog.I was giving varied quotes due to how I was going to pay but between $6,000 to 8,000. This was to dig a hole 4ft x 4ft x 3ft hole and fix a small section of pipe. This seemed a lot of money. There was no Place where they showed a $1900 deduction. There was “maybe we should call your local sewage company and work with them to fix this”. I was told to call them on Monday and let them know how I was going to pay and when I wanted them to start.After a restless night of sleep, I decided to talk to my neighbors about if they had any issues. Both informed me that they have had some local plumbers come in and replace their whole sewage line for $2000-$4000.So I called for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. The local plumber showed up at the scheduled time (actually he was a few minutes early). I informed that I Had called Gillece and everything that technician Steve has done and the information he told me. When I discussed that the break in the line was 100ft our from my house, local plumber stopped me and told me he would bring in the local sewage company. Five minutes after leaving my house local plumber game me a phone number to call to schedule an appointment with local sewage company. They were there in less than 30 minutes. I found out that the break in the line isn’t even on my property. The local sewage company will be fixing the break for FREE. He was surprised to hear the quote from GIllece for just a small section of pipe.Charging 3 times what it should cost!!!!I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone unless you want to flush money down to toilet.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost
. I I highly recommend them and would call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue

I have been living with a costly and stressful plumbing situation for months, and had already had bad experiences with 2 other local plumbing companies. As such I was very skeptical about calling someone else. I decided to call Mr. Rooter on the recommendation of 2 of my friends as my problem was now beyond just living with it. The lady who took my order and sent out the plumber was not only courteous, but very attentive and made sure that they kept me informed as to when I would have a plumber at my home. She did this by keeping in contact throughout my wait by phone. I was not used to such attentive service, and it was greatly appreciated. When Mr. Orlando Knuckle did finally arrive, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional. I had several problems which were spread over a few days. Not only did he help solve my plumbing problems, but he did so with pride in his work, while at the same time making me feel like a valued customer, even though we had only just met. My experience overall with the Mr. Rooter company was timely, and very much needed. The jobs were also priced fairly and the staff and Mr. Knuckle were HONEST. This has not always been a given when hiring someone to come into my home to do a home repair like this. This company and Orlando now have a new and most likely lifetime customer, or for at least as long as I still live in this area. I simply cannot thank or recommend the company, and especially Mr. Knuckle enough.

My central air died in the middle of a heat wave. Not good for a person with heart issues. My usual repairman was otherwise engaged, so I called Tudi. John came out and fixed my a/c right up. Thank you, John, and Tudi for such fast, prompt and efficient service -- and at a reasonable price too!

We have been using Keough for a handful of years and each time we are impressed.
A few days ago our AC unit stopped working and this team was there the next day. They explained all of our options...were NOT pushy and then sent the estimate the same evening and installed our new AC and Heater a couple days later and were completed in less than a day!
They are professional, curtious, knowledgeable and on time.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!
