Chris arrived promptly and fixed the leak in my downstairs toilet. He measured my water pressure and gave me advice on how it should be monitored going forward. In fact, I asked him about a number of different plumbing problems that I didn't actually have but always wondered about. I have been using Mertz plumbing for a few years. They ALWAYS show up when they say. Everyone that has come is polite and professional, and takes the time to explain what needs done, what they did or plan B, if plan A doesn’t work. I have a mechanic that I trust and am very loyal to, and have used for 25 years. Now I have a plumber.

Jaros plumbing was incredible to work with for the plumbing issues I was having with my water heater expansion tank and pressure valve. I called Jaros after another plumbing company not only couldn't figure out what problem I was having, but ended up causing more damage then when they started. Jaros was able to come in and quickly diagnose the root cause of my issues and fix them very quickly in the same day. The team was on time, very polite, knowledgeable, and kept the work area clean and tidy. Will be using them for future plumbing needs.

These are the most inefficient, disrespectful, unorganized and forgetful group of plumbers in Pittsburgh. If they show up, you may get an hour or two of solid work from them. Otherwise, they are the least professional plumbing bunch that I’ve met in all of my work and construction experience. Almost everything they installed or repaired is unfinished or leaking. Did I mention they have no concept of time management?

If you want great customer service, and a company that really cares, call South Hills Plumbing! Very reasonable, and responds in a timely manner. Family runned, that’s what I love!

This plumber is a scam. He did a scope for a house I was in contract with, I called him to get the information. I left him several messages all which were not returned. Finally he texted me saying the sewer lines were in good condition. At this point I did not believe him so I had another plumbing company come do a scope which I paid for. They told me the inside sewer lines were horrible and would cause a back up if not fixed. This first due plumber has no idea what he’s talking about. Probably friends with the seller of the house. All in all had a very bad experience with this guy.
10/10 do not recommend.
