I was referred to this company from a friend after I got a crazy bid from another local plumber. So thankful I found a plumber that I could trust. They not only did incredible work. They only charged me half of what the other “reputable” plumber was planning to charge me. I would definitely suggest Nigrelli Plumbing!!!

They did excellent work, adjusted to an unexpected situation on the fly without changing the quote and were really easy to communicate with. Nate called during business hours (instead of 9pm like other companies) and also was willing to communicate via email/text. Easy to pay the invoice. All around pleasant experience.

We had called McVay Plumbing to fix a leak into the bathroom when an outside tap was turned on to use a hose. Cody was at our house about 10 minutes before the scheduled time and did a wonderful job of fixing everything to our satisfaction. He also added a shutoff valve. He did the work very efficiently and vacuumed the bathroom floor at the end. It was nice to see him meticulously use shoe covers anytime he was inside the house. He is a very friendly person with impeccable manners and obviously knows his job. The pricing was also very reasonable. We recommend McVay Plumbing and Cody without any hesitation whatsoever.

Matt arrived on time to camera our downspouts and sewer as we have some water issues, Matt is an asset to your company, the service was off the chart!

Had them replace two valves in my house on Pioneer Ave. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Price was very reasonable.

We live in Brentwood and we just had our full sewer line replaced by Mike and the guys. FANTASTIC work on a SUPER challenging project. Numerous obstacles including a steep hillside, a 4x40 ft retaining wall, a small wall, a neighbors house 1ft from just one of the main breaks, trees and more. Plain and simple, a huge job, but with their expertise and hard work it came together perfectly and better than we ever expected.
Mike was completely up front & transparent about everything and John Luke & Dan are all solid, knowledgeable excellent guys. They worked with us from beginning to end.

It will save you a lot of time, aggravation, and money.

I had a major sewer line back up in a rental property of mine. Jason from Reliable Pro showed up immediately and was able to diagnose quickly the situation. Due to the age of the plumbing and multiple issues I had the entire line replaced from inside the house all the way to the street. I am very happy with the work that Reliable Pro did over the week or two of work. Everything was done right and inspected. I would use Reliable Pro again.

Our home warranty, (AHS, which in my opinion, is just as much to blame for this experience) like many other reviewers, sent us this option:

Kind of unprofessional and rude in the sense that he came to look at our hot water tank issue and said to my husband, and why do you think there is a leak? when the floor and top of the tank was completely soaked. Basically started talking to us like we had no idea about plumbing and tried to scam us from the start.They then proceeded to tell us that a new tank would not fit in the current space, and they don't even make that size anymore and that we would have to move it to another location or BUST DOWN WALLS that would cost us 6 grand!! We called another company and told them our situation and without submitting pictures for proof or sounding like we were being questioned on our knowledge of the issue, they told us exactly what we needed and the cost. They came and replaced our expansion tank, hot water tank and replaced the old, broken regulator which fixed our water pressure issue (which is why our warranty wouldn't cover our repair) IN UNDER AN HOUR FOR A FRACTION of the price and with a better warranty.

Home warranties and the third party companies they contract with, are meant to make new home owners feel secure and protected in their first big purchase, when buying the home and feeling like they will be taken care of if something like my situation and service request ever arises. I felt the complete opposite and moving forward, I would never recommend either company to anyone. Shame.
