Two previous plumbers had only made the problem worse. The shower in my bathroom is complicated and was installed 20 years or more ago. A new part was needed, requiring tricky installation and adjustment of several nozzles. This plumber understood my shower, knew exactly what to do, and fixed it. It operates like new now.

Useless company. Charged me $150 to tell me my sump pump was working properly when it definitely was not. Terrible at returning phone calls. Did not give me any kind of reasonable time window for appointments- just gave me a range of a couple of days and then called when they were already on their way, ready or not. Look elsewhere for a plumber.

Nick arrived in a timely manner and the first thing he did was explain the cost of all the services. Upon our agreement, he brought his equipment inside and did his job with very little mess. He cleaned up, removed his equipment and presented the bill with no surprise. If we need service from Mr. Rooter Plumbing we definitely will request Nick return.

Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
