Highly recommend Stahl Plumbing! I called to see if they could hook up a gas dryer for me expecting to book an appointment for the following week. David came out within about an hour of speaking to him! He hooked up my dryer within minutes. Very knowledgeable and personable. If you have any plumbing needs I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Overall McVay did a great job. They were quick to respond, and their rep Adam, who did the original bid was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. I had already gotten several bids. Their’s was very fair and I had the most confidence in their ability to do the job right. They were timely and arrived on schedule. After the work was done, they sent Chris out to follow up and make sure that all was well. I very much appreciated that personal touch. Chris was also very pleasant and professional. They had some difficulty getting the liner in, but they were persistent and returned to complete the job. My only issue was a little lack of communication about the return time. They are merging with another company, so some bumpiness in that transition is to be expected. Once I expressed my need for better communication, though, they were very quick to rectify that issue. Everyone I spoke to at McVay, with the exception of their answering service, was courteous, competent and efficient. They seem to be a company that really cares about customer satisfaction and their reputation. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence.

A complete master bath remodel done perfectly. I was stressing about getting a competent plumber to install the toilet and fixtures but I had nothing to worry about. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this business! Professional, personable, organized and so unbelievably clean and tidy! If you have a plumbing job to be done call them, you will be pleased.

Bill rerouted a blocked downspout for me. Was very impressed by how well he did the job and how professional he was. Have already recommended him to some friends!

I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!

Pat was great. He installed my new dishwasher, faucet, garbage disposal, and range in less than 4 hours. I thought the price was fair and I could tell that he cares about the quality of his work. I will call him again if needed.

I had a backed up sewer and contacted Frank on a Sunday, within 5 minutes he replied back. He was able to fit me in the next day. Within just a few minutes of getting there he had the clog removed. Great guy, I highly recommend him!

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
