Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

My husband called Gillece because our furnace is making a loud noise when it turns on. This company installed our furnace ten years ago, and we wanted to see if it was still under warranty. We scheduled a service and the technicians came to our home within hours. They told him that it needs a new balance fan and pressured him to make a decision that day. We missed the warranty date by three months, so they wanted $800 just for the fan. We just moved into our home and didn’t know we had a problem until we turned on the furnace in November. When the new fan was installed, the noise actually became worst and the technician saw other issues that we won’t originally told about during the consultation. I started doing some research on my own and found the fan online for around $100. My husband called the office for a week and the manager did not call him back. So we decided to contacted the BBB and the manager gave us a full refund. Buyers Beware - this company will take advantage of people that do not know better.

Past two times I needed work they were able to come within 24 hours. Work was efficient and cost was within reason. I give Kept Co. a two thumbs up👍👍

Greg and Greg Jr. are super responsive. If I could give them higher than five stars I would. We were dealing with a plumbing issue in our business and these guys came out super quickly whenever we called. Very professional and always cleaned up. To top it off every single one of them is a very nice guy! Could not recommend more! Thanks so much for all your hard work.

While the repair went well and the team was courteous, I found them to be overpriced, not completely honest, lacking in transparency about charges, and the office unresponsive to a request.

AG quoted me 1K for standard replacement of waste and overflow/trap piping on a bathtub, largely because the ceiling below had to be opened up for access. So I did all the legwork of opening the ceiling myself in advance for easy access, but they only took off 30%. The plumber said that this was still a 4-5 hour job. They completed the job in an hour an half, at which was (apparently) about $500/hr. and charged me *extra* for parts (cost of parts not included in the estimate, which was not communicated to me. I also had no say in what kind of tub drain/drain stop mechanism they were putting in, which is not what I would have chosen. If I had known the part wasn't included in the quoted price, I would have purchased the part that I wanted myself).

Plumber then assured me on day of install that I would get an invoice itemizing all charges but this didn't happen. I called the office to request list of charges, which they said they would email the next day, but didn't. The only reason I agreed to this work is for a quick repair. In my experience, the company is negligent on some really basic good business practices.

It was Free Kids project day and my grand daughter loves going. Thank you Home Depot for having this for the kids.

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.

They may or may not do good work. Personally I have never used them, will never, or refer them to anyone since they don't know how to clean up after themselves and take their garbage with them. I am a contractor & every place I go into that this company was in before me their garbage or specifically the old hot water tank is left behind for someone else to remove. That is completely unprofessional & lazy. Learn to take your trash!

Had them out a while back for a no heat problem . They told me that I had a cracked heat exchanger , and needed to replace the furnace immediately . Their quote was ridiculous . When I declined , he said he would red tag my furnace , and call the building inspector , and then I would have to leave my house until it was fixed . I asked him to show me where the crack was, but his camera conveniently died . I offered to go pick him up a battery. , but his takes “ special “ batteries. Told him to go kick rocks . Had another company come out , replace the thermocouple, and no more problems. And we looked at the heat exchanger with his camera . Couldn’t find anything . These guys are con men . Find someone with integrity to work on your home …
