Best Hydro Excavation in Pittsburgh PA

I selected Nathan and team at Krupp Whitney to replace my failed terracotta sewer line, which included approximately 60 linear feet of 6 PVC replacement under my concrete driveway, along with the installation of a new house trap and clean outs per Allegheny County Health Department regulations. They were extremely responsive and professional with their work, and Nathan provided updates as to the progress of the work and what the next steps would be. Along with a professional product, they did the work at a significant cost savings compared to others. I would highly recommend Krupp Whitney, and would gladly use them again should the need arise.

Did some work for us in laundry room and driveway. Job was completed quickly with quality work and happy to explain as they went. Was glad to have Tyler and Josh on the job!

As noted in the other reviews, reasonable prices and the best service men! Josh was here this time and he was very professional and courteous - explained everything, was thorough, and gave me great pointers and advice.

As a general contractor B and R Mechanical is our go to for any of our plumbing projects. Fair, Honest, and always there when needed. Very punctual, professional, even same day emergency response! We use B and R exclusively...

Called Dave to unplug a sewer line at my son's house in Millvale.. Was to be a $99 special with a camera... He could not unclog the line And did not even bring a camera..but charged me $145 .I gave him $160 as he said he would return on weds...After numerous texts and phone calls to him .. He returned with two texts.. one that he would call me at lunch. which he never did .and one for an exorbitant amount of money $3200 when he did not even know the situation...had to pay another plumber an additional $70 to put the toilet back on.... Very unprofessional and a complete waste of money...

First off, that did right
by me ... an owner who handles his business and doesn't depend only on the others to carry that weight. Seems simple, but I've been around a long time, and this was REFRESHING!
Shows pride and a REAL love for his business. Respect. Keep that move! But then asked if I needed them on spot... I wasn't available but he was FOR ME! I asked for the following morning, and he obliged. Gave me 10-2, showed up around noon, gave me an hourly quote, BUT FIXED MY STUFF IN 38 MINUTES! He sent Mike, who was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, even gave me tips for the future! I'm not gonna lie, as a home owner I was nervous of what this was going to cost me.... but Terry and Mike did absolutely RIGHT BY ME! I recommend again and Again!. Thank you both so very much for not killing me on the pricing. My word, I'll call you for every problem in the future here forward. Thank you for your honesty. It's rare.

Btw, I got recommended to them from my nephew who was also very pleased!

Do NOT use this company. They didn't even try to address the problem through our home warranty company. They voided our warranty. Very unprofessional. Tried changing the app (3) times in one day after agreeing upon a time when initially setup the appt. Workers got mud all over the house.
